Stayed here Easter weekend and loved it, clean, friendly and great breakfast. 10 minute walk from the centre of York, highly recommend.

We've just got home after spending three nights at No 34. No hesitation in recommending it to others - nice, clean decent sized room and great breakfasts! Just a short walk into York and a parking pass for the car to stay on the street outside. We'd certainly use it again when we return to York in the future.

I took my Mum here as a birthday treat after reading other reviews on trip advisor and must say we were not disappointed. A short walk from the City centre onto a quiet street. Clean, warm and cosy room. Breakfast freshly cooked and of high quality. Would certainly reccomend.

My wife and I had the immense pleasure of staying at Number 34 in January during our honeymoon. Our overall journey allowed us to stay at four different B&Bs and Number 34 was far and a way the best one. The next time we come to Britain and visit York we will most definitely go to Number 34
