Lovely little Guest House in an ideal location for anyone wishing to visit wonderful Whitby. Situated on East Crescent, at the top of the Khyber Pass it's just a few short minutes walk to the Harbour side with its pubs, restaurants etc. We stay at the Number Seven every year and can always expect a friendly welcome from George and... This is is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have stayed in. Stayed here here for three nights. The room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and the breakfast was first class. The location is perfect for a trip to wonderful Whitby.

It is the location that makes this such a great place to stay. It is overlooking the harbour and the view from the front bedrooms are first class. Breakfast was okay. We were surprised not to see kippers on the menu at a Whitby guest house. We had a warm welcome and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good value single en suite at £39. Hosts very pleasant. Breakfast very good. Shower on top floor not very great in terms of hot water pressure but that's a small point. Location on Crescent is excellent for accessing Whitby.

Just returned home after a couple of nights in the as always delightful Whitby. My wife and I fancied a last minute trip away and set off in the car, not really having any idea of where we would finish up. After lots of left and right turns and shall we go here or shall we go there we arrived... More

Had a great two nights, George is quite unique, you can't help smiling when he's around and Lynn is a mine of information. Before booking we were concerned about parking two motorcycles on the road, we shouldn't have been. En route George called to say he would pull his car forward enough to enable us to park just behind and... More
