We stayed in Endeavour Cottage no 44 in May. On arrival everything straight forward and looked OK when we went in. We took our cases straight up to the twin bedroom and on opening the drawer we found a large ball of hair pulled out of a hairbrush in the top drawer! Not the best start. On closer inspection the... Just back from here and absolutely loved it. cottage was lovely and very cosy, we were across from the river gorgeous views. The grounds were so well maintained. Ideal location for visiting other places. Great place for dogs, our dog had a ball.

I've wanted to visit Whitby since I was a girl so when my mum found this site through Hoseasons we booked up early! We stayed in Crows Nest Cottage (numb 27) one of 2 Cookes Cottages. It was excellent, first impressions very good. Plenty of space for myself, husband, 3 yr old son, my mum and stepdad. Ground floor living... More

Spent first hour cleaning everywhere,, floors and bathrooms as well as all the kitchen equipment,, Beds and linen foysty..down the sides of the sofas!! Had a small child where little fingers travel!! Sights and area totally splendid tho, gardens and areas kept immaculate!!

I have been here three or four times now, and each time has been as good as the last. The location is just a 20 minute walk from Whitby town centre itself, meaning that it is convenient whilst at the same time, one can enjoy a peaceful stay without the noise of the town. The cottages that we stay in... More

If you look at our previous reviews, you will see that we are quite "picky" and vocal about accommodation (!!!!) but we can honestly say that this was a really lovely place to go. We stayed in an Endeavour property, well maintained, well furnished and overall excellent value for money. The whole site was immaculate, with 2 kids play areas... More

We arrived quite late, in the snow. A very nice man told us where to find our cottage , when we got in we found he had put the fire on in the lounge for us!' The cottage was immaculate in cleanliness and very well equipped . A very nice 15 min walk into Whitby . Good size indoor pool,... More

Stopped at No.30 during Feb half term and found the experience rather disappointing. First things first, from the brochure: Dish-washer - Check Upside down house - Check Balcony - Check Beds for 6 - Check Gas barbecue - ? if it existed it was covered by an invisibility cloak! Laundry - not informed of presence, but reading reviews not worth... More

Hi I have just booked a Property called Endeavour Court (W788) with Ingrid Flute www.ingridflute.co.uk this cost me £485 inc booking fee and you can use all the amenties on the "site". Compare this with Hoseasons and a similar property would cost around £750-£800 Not many weeks left but a few in July still available Cheers Bill
