Stayed here at short notice and had a lovely room overlooking the harbour. The bathroom was lovely and all the fixtures and fittings in the room were nice and modern. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Stayed overnight. Give 5 stars. room perfect with views over river, harbour & right beside the swing bridge. Power shower, tea, coffee & biscuits, & with mugs (not little cups) Breakfast was full English cooked to perfection also cereal, toast etc.The staff were friendly. The service very good. Would recommend highly. Harry Stewart

Just got back from a fabulous weekend at the Dolphin. Excellent location, very central. Rooms clean and very friendly staff with impeccable manners. Would have no hesitation in returning to the hotel.

Recently spent two nights at the Dolphin and consider ourselves very fortunate to have chosen this lovely small hotel.
