Have just returned from our first stay at Hudsons with friends. We booked on the strength of the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The hosts were welcoming and friendly whilst the accommodation is spotlessly clean, coupled with stylish decor and super-comfortable beds plus delicious breakfasts our stay was most enjoyable. We shall definitely return.

Stayed for one night in March. Room was spotless and modern, we had room 10 on top floor with a beam, being tall I managed to NOT bump my head and I loved the beam running through room. Great choice of breakfast. Would highly recommend this B&B, being a frequent traveller on weekends away, I feel this B&B offers great... More

Great place to stay, felt very welcome from when we got there, very central to whitby centre. The room was very glam and had all you need, very clean and plenty of room. Very comfy bed. We missed breakfast as we slept in but it smelt great. Will return without doubt. Highly recommend. Thanks, leon & sian.

First time to Whitby and couldn't have stayed anywhere more lovely, Mark and Laura were excellent hosts and couldn't do more to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere was just amazing and the rooms are more than you could wish for. Location was great and everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the breakfasts, both quality and service was... More

We enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel is in walking distance of the sea front, the 199 steps, the Abbey and the harbour. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. The room was tastefully decorated and it was worth paying the extra for the premier kingsize.

Stayed at Hudsons for 3 nights in July 2014 and enjoyed a wonderful stay, we stayed in a premier kingsize, very spacious, quirky but stylish furnishings, very comfortable room, lovely breakfasts, well located, only negative was that parking was difficult when we stayed in July

Had another fabulous weekend in Whitby at Hudsons, nothing too much trouble for the owners who were keen to advise us where to eat and visit to make the most of our short stay. Room was perfect, clean and fresh with lovely white linen and plenty of fluffy towels. Lots of room for our clothes in the wardrobe behind the... More

My wife and myself have just visited Whitby again and stayed at Hudsons as we have done before. We chose Hudsons because of its central location, comfortable beds, cleanliness and an excellent breakfast that really sets you up for the day. Because the hotel was busy our room on this visit was on the third floor but was large with... More

We stayed at Hudson's a couple of years ago in one of the "premier kingsize" rooms although on referring to the confirmation email from that stay it was listed as "kingsize". This time we booked "kingsize" expecting it to be the same size of room but were allocated a small room in the attic. When we checked, we were told... More

The fact that you stayed for 4 nights and didn't find the wardrobe says it all!! More

Room 10 was modern, nicely decorated, clean and had a lovely feature beam. The owners were welcoming and chatty. Breakfast was lovely, had a cooked breakfast one day and boiled eggs the next. Fab location for exploring Whitby. We would definitely return if we went to a Whitby again.
