Lovely location (although the street names are a bit confusing) with a nice big room and a comfortable bed. Hosts were helpful & it worked well for us - the room was on the 2nd floor which might be tricky if stairs aren't your thing - best to check when booking. The room was a bit chilly but the little... Me and my partner stayed for two nights in April 2015. We actually found Hudsons quite last minute, as we had decided to visit Whitby Goth Weekend and needed a place to stay. We didn't really know what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised! When we arrived, there was a bit of trouble getting the key, as the... More

First time I had been to Whitby my boyfriend had been as a child. Lovely b&b, hosts were lovely and very approchable but left you too it. Rooms were spotless and the bathroom was a good size and had plenty of storage for our clothes etc. We stayed on the top floor which I assume is a converted attic so... More

We stayed here for two nights, having booked last minute due to our original plans having to be cancelled. We were told on the phone that we would be helped with our parking when we arrived. What this actually meant was me knocking at the front door to be let in (despite having called less than five minutes earlier for... More

Our first visit to Whitby and Hudsons was perfectly located to explore the town, only a few minutes walk from the harbour, sea front and on to Whitby Abbey. Contemporary décor and very clean. The owners were extremely helpful, the full breakfast was delicious. A parking permit was provided at £4 for four days and we managed to park close... More

First time to Whitby, we stayed in the premier king sized room. Amazing hosts at hudsons. £4 for a four day parking permit was ideal. Room was spacious, clean and modern with a lovely female touch. The king size bed was appreciated and really comfy, excellent quality sheets. Only a short walk to the harbour, bars and restaurants. Not the... More

We had a fabulous time at Hudsons. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The B&B itself is in a prime location as everything is only a short walk away... We stayed for two nights and were treated to a superb full English breakfast both mornings. I have been very shocked to... More

Stayed for three nights over the Easter bank holiday. Mark and Laura were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculate. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was very tasty. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
