Very nice and friendly place to stay We will be back We stayed for one night but still enjoyed.. Breakfast delicius and owners were helpful and nice, they make extra breakfast cos our friends were late for a check out but they did not mind and make an efort.

Rooms always warm, clean and comfortable,must be the best breakfast in Cumbria.I always feel like family and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts.Ideally located for bars.bistro's and pubs and look forward to my next visit early next year.Very competitive on tariffs especially compared to southern lakes
