We stayed for just the one night early July. The suite we had was excellent in general if a little overpriced. The room overlooks the harbour and has great views of the Abbey on top of the hill opposite. It is situated on a very busy road which was crowded with day trippers on the Sunday, which some may not like but we were... What a excellent experience from start to finish, I was recently having a few days away with my boyfriend and we was looking for somewhere to eat that wasnt fish and chips! We stumbled across Harry's and really glad we did. Straight away the staff was very attentive offering us a table upstairs in the restaurant, it wasn't quite ready... More

Stayed for 1 night and thought the room was lovely and even being on a busy street we weren't bothered with noise. Breakfast was fantastic and quick service with lovely pleasant waitress. Would stay again and we love Whitby.

We had the most glorious evening in Whitby on one of the hottest days of the year. We stayed overnight in a very comfortable room with a sea view. The food was very good. I can recommend the seafood chowder it was the best I've ever had.

Came to Whitby on 25th June as we was given an overnight stay there. We was dreading tea time as most of Whitby, as you'd imagine is full of fish and chip restraunts and pubs. We didn't fancy anything to eat from these places, then we stumbled upon Harry's and what a find it was! We booked in for later... More

Harry's has a nice view of the harbour from upstairs and always seems to be busy. The food is tapas style ie lots of small dishes but staff are very good at explaining how it works. The food is always tasty and hot. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it!

Harrys overlooks the harbour and our room had a view of the Abbey ruins. The staff were great and helpful. The room was of a good size and very clean. Breakfast can be delivered to your room and this was very good also. The bar and food were good and with the helpful and happy staff made this a very... More

We stayed in the Penthouse rooms for two nights; the accommodation comprises a spacious lounge/dining area room and a bedroom with en suite shower room. It is smart, clean and well presented and the views over the harbour to the abbey are outstanding. The penthouse is on the third floor and we were not disturbed by noise from below. If... More

Visited on a Tuesday evening and it was surprisingly quite busy. Initially had a cocktail downstairs and read the menu. We then decided to go upstairs to eat, I had the Harry's seafood chowder to start and it was stunning - I could have licked the bowl. It was fresh tasty and not over facing. For my main I had...
