This is our second visit to the Haven and it certainly didn't disappoint. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, amazingly presented and a real delight. The attention to detail in the bedroom, including lovely bedding and large soft towels was perfect. The breakfast was really well presented and extremely tasty, we both would defiantly recommend the Haven to our family and... More

Stayed for couple of nights, the room was good, very clean and the bed was comfy, slept well which is rare when not in my own bed! Breakfast was nice sadly no black pudding but great nonetheless, good quality bacon and sausages with plenty of tea. Great location, sea view from room and short walk to beach and town, had... More

Made a mistake booking this should have booked Saturday but booked Sunday, However a phone call put all to rights. Was met at the door with a cheery smile and good humoured banter. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and cosy, everything you needed for a good stay. Beds were really comfy and a good nights sleep followed. Couldn't fault... More

We stayed at the Haven over New Year. Very central, 2 minutes walk to beach or town. We stayed in Room 1. It was spotlessly clean and the room was nicely furnished but quite small. I was disappointed that no-one came in and made our bed on the second day but that may of been because it was New Year.... More

Just returned from the Haven and had a really good time. The hotel and staff are very welcoming and we had a lovely room. We stayed in room 2 which had a lovely four poster bed and a fabulous sea view. Breakfast was excellent and we would recommend staying here to anyone. Would stay here again.

The Haven is spotless. Attention to detail is second to none. We stayed in room 2, it was extremely comfortable & the bathroom was lovely & big. We have stayed here on several occasions & Stevie now knows us which makes our trips to Whitby really enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this b&b to anyone. The overall ambience of this...
