Jill was friendly and her breakfast brilliant. Clean and modern and easy walking distance of harbour etc. Nice touches- even a bowl of fruit. Quiet terrace with only the seagulls noise (but this is unavoidable in Whitby)

Jill is very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour and bridge. Real effort has been made to make the rooms a little bit special and they are considerably better than most seaside b and b's. Breakfast was lovely. Had a lovely stay, price very good for the quality. Easy things to... More

Stayed at the Joben for 2 nights. Lovely room, lovely breakfast, lots of choice and Jill could not have been more welcoming. Ideally situated 10mins to harbour plenty bars and restaurants. Maybe the only drawback was the bathroom was down the corridor although it was for our sole use. Would definitely go back.
