A group of us arrived to do the 3 peaks challenge (walk). From the minute we arrived, the Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, made you feel at home. I have frequently visited this excellent establishment, even staying over on frequent occassions. The accomodation is more than adequate without being luxurious but the food and environment downstairs is exceptional. You can mingle with the regulars in the pub section.
