We chose this site randomly from the internet and had never been to the dales before. We stayed on the campsite just behind the B & B and cannot fault it. Fab site, really clean and well looked after.. The best part of this site is Gary and his incredible customer service. He was very welcoming and made us feel... More

We were leading a group of 19 people on a 3 peaks walking weekend. The accommodation was excellent and far exceeded the expectations of the group. All rooms were well appointed with en-suite facilities which pleased all. We had sole use of the B&B for 13 of our members plus two in campervans and 4 others in a local hotel.... More

This a superb place to use as a base for either walks, drives in the country, or just a place to stay to get away. Brilliant staff, great breakfast, even a bar on site for a night cap. I took the B&B option and my room was very comfortable and clean.

Thank you for your kind words, it is always a pleasure to receive such reviews - much appreciated. Others however please note that our bar is only open at weekend in the season and even then it may occasionally be booked out for a private function - it is however only a ten minute walk up the road to as... I'd booked all of the rooms so that family members could stay on site for a Saturday wedding reception. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. Cooked breakfast orders were taken individually and there were five or six different cereals to choose from, as well as toast, fruit & fruit juice available. I'd been... More

We booked 3 rooms as we were at a function close by. The welcome was friendly and we were invited to light the open fire in the lounge when we were ready. The rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast was individually made to order and excellent! Overall it was a great find and I recommend it for a stay... More

I arrived in Austwick and as it was dark had a problem knowing where I was going so phoned Dalesbridge and they were very helpful in giving directions and were waiting outside when i arrived. My single room was small but cosy, with a lovely ensuite and fantastic power shower. I DIDN'T like the milk flask which seems to have... More

The moment I got there I was taken inside and shown around, asked what time I would like breakfast and then shown to my room, great service. Nice little touches like a flask of fresh milk with choices of hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Comfy bed and a clean room. I little pricey for what it was but definately a... More
