If you dont know the area - as most visitors probably wont, finding the car park unaided first time around isnt easy, and should be explained somewhere beforehand. Ended up booking in here after leaving original hotel due to dreadful state of rooms. This was just lovely. Welcoming reception, lovely rooms, very accommodating, delicious breakfast included in rate. Will stay here again as we visit Norwich regularly. More
