Where do i start. Well we booked a room for 2 adults and one 2 month old baby. We obviously needed a good size room for the cot and ourselves. What we recieved was a room the size of a coffin! Honestly you could barely swing a cat in there! Also to our horror there were damp stains and mould on the walls and also muck and dirt on the window sills. The bathroom wall tiles had a massive hole in them, also in the bathroom was a 'complimentary' toilet roll left over, i assume to use as a spare which looked like it had been dropped down the toilet and left to dry. The toilet brush in the bathroom seemed to have toilet roll and what looked like poo attached to the bristles. Always nice to see when brushing your teeth in the morning! Also in the room were 2 tea cups for us to use which were BOTH stained inside and out. Makes you wonder if they actually clean their rooms! If i were to give one compliment to the 'Broads Hotel' then it would have to be the breakfeast. Really enjoyable. One... more
