I stayed here on business with my colleague in March. The man on the bar had to sign us in there was no one else around, the rooms were cold but heaters provided. The food was re-heated and over priced for what it was. The other meals we had all had variations to what was advertised. The 'free' wif-fi doesn't... More

I only used this place as a one night stop over but found it to be a nice hotel. It's a little dated (I had a pink bathroom suite!) but otherwise a very nice place with lots of charm! Nice breakfast too.

I came to Caistor Hall with three friends to celebrate a birthday. We had booked up in advance for afternoon tea (the person who took the call wasn't quite sure if we could be booked in but said to come anyway!?). I've had many types of afternoon tea in many types of places but this one needs some lessons in... More

We held our Wedding reception at Caistor Hall Hotel and from the moment we arrived Nick and all the staff did a fabulous job of making sure that all our guests were well looked after and that my Champagne glass was always full ! The room looked fabulous and the food as usual was divine – you have a truly... More

Lovely old building, a real maze of corridors and stairs. Professional staff, very efficient, especially Charlotte on our arrival. And Ivars in the morning, who managed to serve breakfast, cover reception and be a man in several places at once. But the hotel wasn't busy, so that was fine. The only things that let it down were a cold room,... More

Special mention for the duty manager Karlis Birzgalis and hotel assistant Christine, both bent over backwards to pamper to your every need. All in all a very enjoyable stay, highly recommended.
