Please read this review if you are planning a wedding breakfast and reception at Caister Hall Hotel. I held my wedding breakfast and reception here on 12th July 2014. Our marriage took place at Framingham Pigot Church, just a few minutes away. After securing the booking I read a few reviews on here and I have to say I was... More

The place is lovely and the food was really good too however some of the courses shouldn't have been called mains really... the pasta dish consisted of literally 6 pieces of ravioli.. and the people who had that were finished within seconds and were still hungry. Can see how it would be lovely for weddings there is a separate coach... More

On 20th June, Col and I held our wedding here. It was a marvellous day and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much for them, they even cleaned the chandeliers as we had mentioned they were a bit grubby. Family and friends stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding, the rooms were lovely, very... More

We booked this as a treat and had a very poor experience. We booked a room around 6 weeks in advance with a hot tub, which was the main reason for booking this particular place. We then got a phone call an hour before arriving saying there had been a mistake and the room had been double booked, and with... More

Yesterday Colin and I had our wedding at Caistor Hall. Everything about the day was perfect from beginning to end and I would like to thank the staff, in particular Julie, Nick, Karl and Evas, and the bar staff whose names I didn't get, for making it so. Nothing was too much for them and they were all smiling and... More

£150 down the drain. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and shower cubicle. Shabby and not very clean. Less than adequate breakfast and to top it off, rude and obnoxious managerial staff. Don't waste your money and stay on a spotless premier inn instead.

I usually get booked into a Travelodge so was taken aback when I got booked into this hotel. Lovely location, outside Norwich. Friendly staff. I was booked into a single room but was upgraded for free (I assume because there was no functions on). Dinner was nice (a bit pricey but no other options really) I stayed in room 410... More

I stayed one night at this exceptional hotel and wished that it could have been more. I will return and bring my family with me. Friendly and professional staff, very comfortable room and a full English breakfast that could not be bettered. Splendid views from bedroom adorned with a magnificent four poster bed.

Had an opportunity to stay at Caistor Hall and then have family over for lunch. Accommodation was good - bit of a trek to our room but is an old property so allowances to be made etc. We had a quiet room and not too much else going on a the time but could be busy with various function rooms....
