Me and my friends arrived for a stag do, the rooms had been booked in advance by myself and all was well in claiming the rooms. Staff were friendly and informed. All had double twin bed rooms and were well sized with all amenities. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was well sized and also very clean. Only... More

I stayed with my father for a trip down memory lane as he was stationed nearby during the war. The city centre location was ideal for someone who cannot walk too far. The car park is about 100 yards away but the hotel reimbursed the cost - i'm not sure they always do this though so you need to check.... More

Found the refurbished room almost unbearably hot even with a fan. Third floor none roadside room was nice and quiet though. The biggest surprise was the food. I chose a 21 day aged ribeye steak from the summer menu. Not expecting it to be any good I was flabbergasted at it being one of the best pieces of meat I've... More

Very helpful staff. Room good value for money for a family break. Although there is a fan in the room it was still far too hot. Breakfast was good value for money - service and the communication within staff not good so even though the food was great the service let them down. We only had breakfast there once and... More

We stayed in the Duke Street Premier Inn for two nights as a family of 4. Our family room had been very recently updated and was very fresh and clean although more compact than some Premier Inn family rooms. (The hotel refurbishment that was taking place whilst we were there in no way impacted on our stay). We found this... More

Staying over for one night on business, my husband and I were impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the room. The only complaint we have is the room temperature. On arrival the staff had left the window open to allow air in and placed two fans in the room too. As we were on a main street with continuous... More

We had called ahead to enquire about the possibility of aircon based on other reviews. They put a portable one in our room. We also asked about having the parking fees reimbursed because I booked 6 months ago. Happy to do so. Can not fault the staff - all welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was good. We had the cooked and... More

Although on a main road, no undue night-time disturbance or noise. Away from the nightclub district, this is an ideal spot for easy access to all that is on offer in Norwich. Housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff who enjoy their work and are responsive to their customers make this a good place to stay. Clean, secure, well organised, and the... More

The main problems were noise associated with the renovations ( why not start at 9 not 8?) and drilling on the vacant lot next door. Also it was very hot in the room - aircon will be installed in the hotel in Oct to fix this. But the central location is great ; service in the hotel was friendly and... More

Not so many bargains to be had by way of weekend pricing but this place still gets my vote due to location alone. Car parking is at the nearby multi-storey - again this used to be complimentary but now there is a £4.00 charge (I'm not really complaining at that though as it is still good value). I would say...
