I definitely had an awful time out here; the lack of room service was terrible. There was no briefing or instructions on safety. Stayed here for a 2 day break back in January. We are fairly fussy travellers but could not really find a fault with the staff nor the hotel. Food was perhaps not as good as we have had on some occasions but this is picking nits really. Lovely quiet riverside location. All in all we would thoroughly recommend. more
