“A good long weekend in Norwich”

I can't fault the quality of the room or the food,the staff very helpful and polite,a very pleasent weekend.The close area a bit industrial but easy to get to/,around town just a short drive away,also on a bus route.Pub and shops close by.

First time visited norwich and had this break as a competition prize, checked in was told was gonna have a room with sofa, got moved to a smaller room miles from reception, on return from first nights stay found room had not been cleaned or bedding and towels provided and no tea or coffee facilities replaced which was very poor.... I like Mercure as a brand. This one provided me with a great nights sleep, lovely breakfast and short journey to work in the morning.
