stayed at the the Maids Head 5th to 7th May - to celebrate my birthday. reception staff couldnt have been more helpful, room lovely, breakfast very good with great variety, position of the hotel brilliant for getting into the city on foot - surrounded by good restaurants and places to get a drink. thoroughly recommend to anyone.

we stayed in one of the suite and it was lovely, with wooden beams and a massive four poster bed.
The room was a good size and overlooked the cathedral.
There was some noise from the hotel corridors and outside but it was easily ignored.
