I'll say it one more time...NASTY! Staff were slow and seemingly lifeless! Room was less than basic, luckily we were only there one night! We spent as little time in the hotel as poosible and didn't stay for breakfast! more

I suggest you seriously consider spending a few pounds more and staying in a more modern cared for establishment. Impressions of the hotel from the picture and the front step are initially good. However after gaining your key and alighting the stairs your mind is changed for you. Ok its a cheap deal compared to some of the hotels in... more

Fire alarm sets off at midnight, not only in my room but in many other rooms. The entire hotel wakes up, but there was no fire. Apparently they were running a drill of some kind. I then remove the device from the room's ceiling so I can get some sleep, and hotel personnel begin knocking on my door to get... more
