Stayed here for one night last Thursday, and I feel as though I am a little bit scarred by the whole experience. nice room. staff had few problems to start but friendly and helpful. room size perfect. got fridge and microwave and kettle. like a bed sit style. feel very safe. cameras and codes on doors. bathroom clean and fresh. asked for early check in. no charge. close to city and buses. what else could you ask for. very good x

Where do I start?! These are serviced rooms only - there is no one to speak to. Room 17 is very shabby and had not been cleaned properly (eg grit from the carpet when you got into bed).
