Compared to other similar hotel chains Travelodge is slightly cheaper. I discovered that I got what I paid for. The rooms although very clean did not have a chest of drawers. Ok for one or two nights but not for longer stays. Unless you like living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was plentiful but made up of lower grade ingredients.... More

Stayed on business twice in the same week. Best Travelodge I've stayed in. Good, clean, comfy beds, decent size room. Quiet at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and veggie sausages. Restaurant was nice and bright with good budget choices if you don't want to go out and a small seating area to have... More

Got a good cheap weekend deal for 2 rooms for a family weekend . There was a 6 month infant in the party and the staff bent over backwards to help us . The hotel I think has had a fairly recent refurb as its light bright and spotless . Travellodge a are great value for money and I use... More

I stayed here in August of last year and this was my first time on holiday on my own and had come all of the way from Newcastle to meet a friend and it was the first time checking into a hotel by myself, but the guy on reception was really lovely (couldn't remember names, sorry!) and checked me in... Clean rooms fresh sheets. Great budget hotel. Probably would avoid on a Friday or Saturday night due to clubbers staying over. Can get good deals if booking in advance ...so you can't complain. It's about 40 pounds during the week!

If you want a cheap hotel for a night over then this is a ok place to stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. However I really don't understand why they have a reception as the check in was basically "there's your room key, your on the third floor" ........ Not very welcoming at all, no... More

The staff were excellent, friendly, and well presented. The hotel itself was in a good bright condition. The problem starts with the room. It was small, very small, dark and not at all inviting. We found the Bathroom to be the worst room. Very small, the shower left you with a puddle of water once you came out, even with the... More

Whilst the hotel itself was very good and comfortable, there was unfortunately no attached car park. Well worth checking local public car parks before booking here. The Rose Lane car park, about 5 mins from the hotel was cheap enough (£1.80 overnight I think) but was very run down and not particularly well lit. In the end a bit the... More

We booked this hotel for a cheap place to stay for shopping and going out in Norwich. The location was very good, a short walk from the riverside and Chaplefields shopping centre. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just what we needed after a night out. Hot, self service and plenty to... More
