My hubby and I have just returned from a overnight stay at Number 15 Bed & Breakfast. We had a very enjoyable stay, Ian was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome. As previous people have commented, his vegetarian breakfast are lovely. It's only a 20 minute stroll to the City centre... More

Ian was the perfect host and a maker of wonderful delicious breakfasts. Number 15 was quiet, calm and very, very comfortable. My room was delightful and the chaise longue was ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day. Situated on a quiet leafy street but only a five minute walk from the bus stop into the City or... More

we stayed in Ian's delightful haven of a B and B for one night recently our room was light and airy and the bed was especially comfortable. I loved the passion flower which was climbing up the wall outside our window and flowering in the sun The bathroom was well designed and furnished. Ian was helpful when we asked for... More

We enjoyed staying in this friendly and welcoming B&B. Ian was quiet and unobtrusive but ensured we had everything we needed. His spinach and scrambled egg breakfast was so lovely we have been making it at home regularly. It is a shame he is not selling his wonderful marmalade.

I am so pleased that you were impressed by my breakfasts, I am sorry that the bed was not to your liking, I get a wide spectrum of guests and all have different requirements, I have just checked with the couple currently staying and they are really happy. I think that I must revise the website to give more bed... More

We stayed for 4 nights for a "city break" after finding this lovely B&B accommodation through a "vegetarian Norwich" Google search. It suited us very well and provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat each time we returned from a day's outing. Ian is an excellent host, offering just the right level of help and attention without being "in your face".... More

This was the perfect base for a two night stay researching my family tree. Handily located for the city, yet peaceful, the room was nicely furnished and had everything one could want. Owner Ian got it just right, being attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Excellent breakfasts meant that 15 Grange Road was just the job for us.

Yes, it really is lovely! We stayed at Number 15 last year and this year (around this time) and it was a great experience. Ian is delightful and relaxed, and he makes the finest cooked breakfast. This is our first review and a well deserved one for Ian and Number 15 - much recommended!

Having stayed four nights and enjoyed four times the excellent breakfast, we can only but recommend this address. Thanks Ian for the interesting exchanges, the nice people we met during our breakfasts. Whoever wants to visit Norwich will definitely enjoy your B&B. Françoise & Chris (from the South of France)
