This B&B has everything you could hope for - a very convenient location for the city and local pubs and eateries, a lovely big room that gets the morning sun, a beautiful modern bathroom, an excellent vegitarian breakfast, a lounge to relax in and, most important of all, a very pleasant and helpful host. more

Location was fantasitc, set in a very quiet residential road. The room I had was spotless, beautiful furniture and a calm ambience. Ian makes the best vegie breakfast with a fantastic choice of delicious locally sourced food. I would definatley recommend staying there and if I am ever back in Norwich would not look any where elst. Thank you more

I come to Norwich once a month to teach, and having stayed at a number of B&B's and hotels in the past, these days I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. more

I booked B&B and was there about 8 hours later. Number 15 is very clean, very comfortable, really nicely decorated and the rooms have plenty of storage (unusually) and Ian has thought of everything - I was even kindly offered a hot water bottle for my ever cold feet, obviously nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious: I'm not... more

This is a wonderful little guesthouse in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city. Everything was perfect: the room we picked was clean and airy, looking out upon the quiet courtyard at the back of the house; the bathroom was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked; the owner, Ian, was... more

A lovely and welcoming house and host. Would definately stay there again when we're next in Norwich. It was a real shame we couldn't stay longer. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and pretty. Host was welcoming and helpful. I definately recommend this to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Norwich. more

The word excellent does not do number 15 justice! its a long time since i have been this impressed by anything or any where in the service industry, it has a wonderful location, a friendly and welcoming host, very comfortable rooms, a wide choice for breakfast, excellent local knowledge, apologies if you see this same review on other sites, but... more

a great and welcoming place to stay - comfortable, enjoyable and generous breakfast and even organic bathroom towels. Very unassuming on the exterior but a lovely clean, bright and spacious interior with a welcoming host - heaven for vegetarians and vegans and an excellent location within walking distance of Norwich city centre. more
