My husband and I stayed with Ian for 2 nights while I went to a conference at UEA. No 15 is a real find, so well situated for the city centre and getting out to explore the countryside. The house is so quiet, in a tree lined street, you could be in the heart of the country. The rooms are... More

We live in Suffolk and visit Norwich fairly often. We've stayed in a couple of hotels but not been over-impressed by them. We were looking for a comfortable place to stay so we could walk into town for an evening meal and spend a couple of days just shopping, looking at the paintings at the castle etc. No 15 is... More

Just spent a night here, off the back of a previous reviews and was very pleased with the room/service and breakfast. For just a little more than a faceless travel lodge you get a warm, comfy bedroom and a gorgeous breakfast. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at No15 - and it was just as good as the first. Ian is a most welcoming and thoughtful host who rustles up first class vegetarian breakfast. One of us is not a vegetarian but still loved the breakfast. The place is spotless and situated in a quiet road on the fringe of the city... More

My husband and I spent 4 nights here for a short break in Norwich. It turned out to be a very good choice. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and Ian was an excellent host. The location was quiet, there was a bus stop just around the corner going straight into town one way (although it was... More

We stayed for 3 nights last weekend and were delighted with Number 15. Very comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfasts with an excellent choice, charming and helpful host...... and beautiful artwork to look at too. Easy to find just off the ring road and very well placed for getting into the city with a very short walk to the bus... More

We spent a January weekend in Norwich and Number 15 was a wonderful refuge from the chill. Cozy accommodation in the warm, comfy bedroom. Good books and wi-fi in the room, guidebooks for inspiration. Wonderful home-cooked breakfast selection (no meat) with a natural slant, and a gracious host (Ian) who always made sure we were happy and well fed. Ian... More

My second visit and both rooms are lovely. Ian is the perfect host and the atmosphere couldn't be more relaxing or homely. The breakfast is delicious. Very quiet area and easy to walk into town. I will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Number 15. Friendliness from the day I arrived to the day I left. The bed was cozy, the food was delicious (so many items to chose from, I had oatmeal with apricots and nuts, fresh juices, artisinal walnut bread), the bathtub was a welcome end to hard-worked days. This place is a little pearl.... More

The house is very homely and beautifully presented whilst Ian was welcoming and informative, the perfect host. The location is on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the city centre.
