Stayed here with my archery team on the recommendation of a friend who was a regular customer on business. Great location for access to Norwich with the coast not too far away (plus next door to Lotus cars for motoring fans)! The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. Not the most luxurious but what are you doing... More

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family close by. Large hotels could learn some lessons from this very comfortable establishment. We arrived and were warmly greeted and offered a pot of fresh coffee in a very comfortable, bright and cosy warm sitting room. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The lighting was excellent... More

A 2 night stay while at Snetterton truck race weekend. Made to feel very welcome, nice room and great breakfast. Nice to be able to have the use of a fridge for our pack up. Would stay here again when we are up this way again.

I've stayed here quite a few times over the past few years. On each and every occasion I have always found it to be the same. The rooms are scrupulously clean, and the breakfast is outstanding.. The owners are very accommodating - I frequently have to have an early breakfast due to an early start and it is never a... More

This really is a wonderful place to stay! Very welcoming host and the rooms are really comfortable and attractive – but bring your own hair dryer if you have anything more than a ‘short’ hair cut. The breakfast is superb – no rubbery scrambled eggs or cheap bacon and sausages here! Just a short drive from Norwich and great accessibility... More

Was recommended this B&B by friends that we were visiting in nearby Mulbarton, and was really impressed. Only minor downpoint was the way we were greeted when we arrived - we couldn't find the reception so ended up at the back of the property which turned out to be the private residence. The owner seemed very annoyed and was adamant... More

We stayed on 2 consecutive week-ends, 4 then 3 nights. My husband is frail and has food intolerances. Danny was extremely helpful, getting 2 grab rails for the shower and providing a non slip shower mat. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice, gluten and lactose choices for my... More

Advertised as 'Premier Accommodation' but regretfully far from it. Average room, bathroom facilities poor (antique hairdryer, shower needs replacing, lacking decent toiletries). Greeted very briefly by 'owner' who didn't appear that interested. Breakfast OK. Wouldn't stay here again. OVERPRICED!!

This has got to be one of the best B & B's I have ever stayed in, which was for two weeks while working in the area. Immaculate in every way. Great breakfasts, excellent sleep quality, good size room with space to work if need be, friendly welcome when you arrive, no faults at all.

A very clean & bright B&B about 8 miles outside of Norwich in a rural setting. Absolutely silent at night and with the very comfortable 5' double bed an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast is extensive; yoghurts, cereals, fruit, full English, various eggs, porridge etc. Very tasty, well presented and good service. Decor is very tasteful with a lounge area with... More
