Down for a wedding, arrived early, was given a lovely welcome and was shown to my room (in the annex) a little early to freshen up. Had a single room, overlooking the river, excellent value for money, clean room and perfect for what I needed. Comfy bed, perfect bathroom, good shower all the things I think can make or break a... Stay away from the annex! You will not get a good nights sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear every foot step from upstairs. Clean and comfortable but this room will hurt the hotels ratings. The room door didn't make me feel very safe and secure either as it led straight into a dirty concerte area straight onto... More

Had 1 night at this b&b for a night out in Norwich. Very good location, 2 or 3 minute walk to the train station, short walk into the city for shopping and nights out. And it's 5 minute walk over to riverside. Small rooms but clean, comfortable, with ensuite facilities. Staff friendly, nice welcome. For an extra fiver per person... More

More of a B&B than a hotel, the Central Hotel is definitely in the "cheap and cheerful" category. My room was VERY basic but very clean and freshly painted in tasteful colours. The carpet was impeccable and the towels were changed every day. The staff was very friendly and the cooked breakfast excellent. On the negative side, if you're in... More

Stayed here on Tuesday 28th jan in room 10 as went to watch the football. Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but the staff were friendly and we had no problems. Also we were able to come and go as we pleased. Managed to find free parking on the road directly around the corner from the hotel.... More

Me and my partner stayed here for one night. When we checked in, the hotel had a nice relaxing atmosphere and I was optimistic. However, we were shown to room 24 (The Annex) and it was HORRIBLE, which was such a shame. There was constant noise upstairs at 4am and the door to get into the room was literally just... More
