PERFECT. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and B&B's but 175 Newmarket Road is the cherry on the cake, the owners are two of the loveliest people I have met and even though you are a guest, it never feels like that. 5 star at a very affordable price. Attentive to your personal preferences, you feel truly pampered.... More

We have just returned from an overnight stay and can honestly say it's the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever stayed in, our room was so luxurious with everything taken care of. Dawn was an impeccable host and nothing was too much trouble. Our bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. I will definitely be going... More

We can only add more superlatives to other reviews when describing our July stay at 175 Newmarket Road B&B in Norwich. Our large room, with its lovely bay window overlooking the garden, was elegantly decorated and the en suite bathroom was larger than many bedrooms. The house is grand, however, the atmosphere is casual and the hosts are welcoming, helpful... More

Needed a place to stay in Norwich at short notice and found 175. Great place, very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately it seems that others found this place before me and it was fully booked for several of the nights I was needing accomodation, however couldn't fault the two nights I did spend there. Free wifi a bonus. Book early... More

At £71 for a room this is remarkable value, given the large room and bathroom, the opportunity to have a swim before breakfast. It seems churlish to mention that the city centre is maybe half an hour away on foot or that I have had bigger breakfasts but this may be important to some. For me, the breakfast was plenty... More

This is a family run b&b which belies the fact that the owners have only been running it as such for less than a year. Our room was immaculately prepared, spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom, and the continental breakfast was all that was promised. Even though our room was at the front of the house it was really... More

My sister and I stayed here in October and it was well worth it. We both had gorgeous rooms with comfortable beds and so much space!! The owners were delightful and could not do enough for us. The house and grounds are so nice and even though its on a main road we heard no road noise at all during... More

This is an amazing place to stay. The couple here have converted part of their house into a b&b, and it is very luxurious, swimming pool included. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always available if you need anything, from information on places to visit to restaurant recommendations, but if you wanted to be left alone you wouldn't...
