This is the second time I have stayed at the Baltimore and could not recommend it more highly. The first time the room was small but very clean and the food fantastic. The room was very dirty and unhygienic. When I complained the manager did not seem interested. Eventually one and a half hours later a housekeeper arrived who was very aggressive saying there was nothing wrong with the room. I left the room until it had been cleaned. I stayed at the Baltimore for one night and it was one night too many. I was put in a pokey little room which was cold. The food was terrible and the staff were lazy. more
