The room was very dirty and unhygienic. When I complained the manager did not seem interested. Eventually one and a half hours later a housekeeper arrived who was very aggressive saying there was nothing wrong with the room. I left the room until it had been cleaned. The staff are professional, polite and very helpful. Rooms are basic but comfortable if a bit small. They are scrupulously clean.
