The first day we checked in we arrived slightly before check in. We were told our room was ready and was slightly bigger than the one we booked, so apparently an upgrade. We soon found out it wasn't an upgrade. We were on the basement floor which is ground level so it's very loud and the heat is so bad... More

The first night we were put in a street frontage room and got no sleep. The noise from the road (and oh there is noise), came straight into our room; with the window shut. The next day we got moved to a quiet room but it had no views, it was larger and nice. The hotel staff were a lucky... More

We stayed at Hyde park Executive park Apartment hotel for 4 nights. Place is clean, basic and able to meet all our need. No air conditioner but it is ok for us, as it is cool in August time. You have to pay 5 pound to storage your luggage, no matter one or 3 luggages. The staffs is great and... More

Having booked a night at the Hyde Park Executive Apartments and THEN read the reviews I was a little apprehensive when we arrived.. BUT the room we had (209) was really nice !! The apartment was clean, cool, bright and airy ! Everything was where it should have been, and everything worked as it should.. As we booked the more... More

I'd previously stayed in another motel in this area with a friend, and as I was only in London for a couple of nights this time I thought this a reasonable price and the convenience of the location a big plus. The staff were fairly unenthusiastic and inattentive, but not outright rude as I've since read in other reviews. The... More

Small, stuffy, cramped, uncomfortable rooms with lousy WiFi. The location is handy but the accommodation itself is very poor. With a little bit more effort this place could at least be reasonable but no thought has been given to customers.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. After arriving on a 14 hour flight, we headed up to our room. Despite the fresh weather outside, the room was stuffy & hot as all the windows were shut. This resulted in an uncomfortable nights sleep, despite how tired we were. The room is extremely small. With 2 suitcases & carry... More

A most bizarre overnight stay, strange reception but the welcome was fine and they were expecting me, no problems checking in but I was sent through a complete rabbit warren of basement corridors before finding my room, the room itself was well kitted out, clean, and quite modern in decor. Strange quarter sized ironing board for my shirt next day,... More

After reading the other reviews on here I was dreading staying in what I could only imagine to be a cockroach infested hell hole however I was surprised. We were in B08 in the basement. The room was quite large and clean (except under the rug I found a sz 20 George clothing label, I added some more labels so... More

Stayed here for one night, really clean room and good amenities however we ended up with a basement room that was incredibly warm even with the fan provided, for an 'executive suite' the value was good but just very uncomfortable with the temperature and just a small issue that the dubbing was out on the little TV. Recommend a winter... More
