The hotel itself is fine. The staff are rude. 6 days after my stay the hotel still couldn't manage to refund the money the debt from your account in case you use room service. After 6 phone calls and 2 emails I still haven't been refunded. If I were you I would give to hotel a wide birth!

Great hotel in Shoreditch, an up and coming area of NE London spotlessly clean and very tidy, this is a great place to stay. It is located on Hackney Road and is about a one hour bus drive from Central London. The staff are very friendly and helpful

I booked this hotel through lastminute.com as a topsecret hotel, I thought this would mean I would get a bargain on a nice hotel. This was not the case, I would have been better off just staying at a travel lodge or premier inn, at least they would have been clean and efficient. This place was not unclean but things... More

Situated on the Hackney Road, closer to Hackney than Shoreditch, this modern hotel offers all the facilities you might expect for the price you are paying. For £100 a night you get a reasonably clean room in a half decent hotel. Reception check in is painless and straight forward. My booking was for the room but did not include breakfast.... More

Saying this hotel is in Shoreditch is a bit of a stretch, it's really Hackney. However, still a good location and close to the Cambridge Heath overground station which lets you connect to the transport network. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. There is a noisy bar downstairs but in our fourth-floor room, we didn't hear it. Staff were... More

I stayed here last week, unfortunately found bed bugs in my room- absolutely disgusted by this as they are notoriously easy to pass from place to place and extremely hard to get rid of. I was moved to another room which I also found had unsatisfactory hygiene standards. Have been refused a refund. Decor tired, didn't like the fact there... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night and we were on the 3rd floor in a superior double room. The room was fine but tired. We had to call the manager as I noticed several stains on the actual duvet. I wouldn't have noticed if the duvet covers were held on by buttons, but as I pulled the... More

This is a fine hotel to stay in for a few days. Staff are ok but not very welcoming. Rooms ok, do ask for one away from the street as traffic does not stop. The voice in the elevators are translated in French and Portuguese in a funny way. It is clean and convenient.

A little gem. Very good hotel. No complains. Clean and spacious Bus better than tube to get to hotel, check Google maps. Lots of things to eat and see after a short walk - brick lane and old spitalfields market. Wifi didn't work on the day we stayed (actually the whole IT system crashed when we checked it, I was... Dear William, Thank you for your positive review of your stay and yes we do apologise that during your stay there was a break in our Network provider Virgin's service that was out of our control. Transportation links are indeed easy by either getting the Central Line to Bethnal Green and walk ten minutes or get to Liverpool Street Station... More

After staying in this hotel for business I have a mixed review; the hotel isn't necessarily as close as I would have liked to a tube station, there is no guaranteed parking, I struggled to sleep due to the noise and staff are a little on the unhelpful side. But on the other hand my partner found the noise bearable... More
