This hotel is located on a very busy road near Bloomsbury and Tottenham court road. convenient to several tube stations and Euston train station is ten mins walk. Old fashioned, no elevator but clean and comfortable. Road noise is basically horrendous at front of hotel and never stops. Breakfast was some very decent croissants, pastries and rolls, also cereals and... More

We stayed here for 11 nights and on check in was recommended to upgrade to a bigger room at the back of the hotel, which I am very thankful for! The room was a decent size and being away from the street front meant the room was quiet. The lack of elevator is annoying but not the worst thing in... More

Lovely night spent here with family. Room was spotless and reception staff very obliging as we checked in early. Hotel undergoing decoration but very happy to be served breakfast in the room. Excellent location and amazing value for money.

Definitely not the best hotel we've stayed in but accommodation in London is crazy expensive thus if you do not want to pay 200 Euros per night, this is quite a good option. The best thing about it is probably the location - the British museum, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Hyde Park etc. can all be reached on foot. And... More

Just 10 mins walk from euston and a few mins from goodge street on the northern line, its very well located. The street was busy with traffic but quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The size of the room was as expected for central london with a big mirror enhancing the... More

I stayed in a single room here for one night - room 10. The room was very small but I loved it, so cute! It was mega clean, tidy and had everything you need - toiletries, hangers on a hook at the back of the door ( no wardrobe in the single but it didn't bother me), TV, tea/coffee making... More

I stayed 3 nights here and was in a minuscule room with an even more minuscule shower room. Getting past the sink to squeeze into the dolls house shower was difficult but even more uncomfortable was the lack of space between the toilet and the sink so where to put your legs remains a mystery to me. A young couple... More

I stay in this hotel when I trip into London. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I have found the staff to be polite and helpful at all times. Really is one of the best value places to stay when you consider the cost. I have tried all the alternatives close by over the past 4 years and... More

We wanted a room for under $200.00/night with a good handy location for what we wanted to see. We stayed for 3 nights for a quick look at London at the end of a 2 week vacation in the Cotswolds and Cornwall. First, the positive - location - a very short block to a bus stop, 3underground (tube) stops within... More

The hotel was in the right place for us on this one night trip. We went up the BT Tower as part of Open London 2015 and spent the next day at the British Museum. We arrived about an hour before the stated check-in but that caused no problems to the very friendly man on reception. We were allocated room... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
