Uninterested staff, dirty small rooms and a sad cheap breakfast ( stale cereal, toast and boiled eggs). As a family we stayed one night in two rooms. One room was so small the door to the shower and toilet could only be opened halfway, the shower was half the normal size and the door couldn't be closed if someone was... More

(Room booked in my wife's name, so hotel management pls don't claim this as a false review !!) A tiny, dark, claustrophobic basement double bedroom with a dirty window with a single pane with an extremely small toilet & shower. There is barely enough space to walk around the bed. There is a TV and small fridge in this room.... More

Came to London on a last minute weekend break with my partner. Before we arrived my partners credit card was debited three times for the room. Staff were not helpful on the phone and upon checking in the rude arrogant receptionist denied all knowledge, stating its a banking system and that's what happens to ensure the card details are correct!... Room in basement with broken window (had holes in it, not just broken glass). Was very cold which I mentioned to staff on numerous occasions and always smelt of strong cigarette smoke. Staff couldn't have cared less. Breakfast was ok - began at 7am and upon arriving at 7.05am on numberous occasions I was told to come back in 10-15minutes... More

The sound proofing is non existent – you could hear next door breathing! The breakfast was an odd mix of bread (you can toast it if you want) slices of processed cheese, cheap cereal, milk at room temperature (and the fruit juice) boiled eggs and tea and coffee.......... we bought our own croissants!! The breakfast tables were the most uncomfortable... More

At first, we weren't particularly surprised by what we arrived to. A small, seemingly clean room with enough space to walk around the bed. There were no surfaces to place anything on apart from a single chair and the bathroom was a toilet with a shower head above it and a door that wouldn't close. We gave it the benefit... More
