The location is a little bit unhappy. The area of London in not so good and far from any intresting place, also from undeground station (Elephant & Castle). Better to take a bus (53 drives you straight to Westminister). Rooms are ok but breaksfast is no high-level. Wi-Fi is really expensive. In general for the price they made me our... More

I was rather misled by the title of this hotel which claims to be near Tower Bridge. It isn't. It is on Old Kent Road - in a run down area of London with nearest Tube (Elephant and Castle) a long way away. I made use of the buses a lot which are good but nowhere near as good as... More

I paid £209 for 3 nights and was lucky enough to be upgraded on my stay. The location of the hotel is accessible to 24hr buses that take you on a 4-5min bus ride to the closest tube station (elephant & castle) which I found was very helpful. Although the area is not the greatest, I never felt in danger... More

Easily missed (driven past it many times without seeing it) but for us wanting an hotel is this area it was ideal. We stayed 3 nights and found the room - although small - tidy, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a car park £15 per night which you must book in advance as it's not over large. We... More

Late review (sorry!) - I stayed here back in November for my friends 21st as a group of us were going to Ministry of Sound for a night out.The area is run down and the hotel in a good proximity to the club, however was quite far from the tube station so it was easier to take buses back in... More

Stayed here for one night on business trip. Hotel is nice and clean and quite new about 3 years old. Room was very comfy with large widescreen tv. Rooms at the back were very quiet with very little noise. Parking at back is £15 per day. Surrounding area is not great and bit scruffy. Chinese attached to hotel served nice... More

I have to travel to London regularly and had previously stayed at the Aldgate East Travel Lodge (which was awful)...this Hotel however was a great find! My room was huge for a single traveller (I had booked on Late Rooms), the bathroom had a bath and a shower and my room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were very... More

AVOID - firstly I am a local and run a theatre a few miles away and was shocked when discovered they call themselves Tower Bridge - it is nowhere near Tower Bridge, it is on the Old Kent Road. 2 miles away in one of the most crime ridden areas of London. My experience was that I was booking a... More

Giving it four stars for what it is - cheap accommodation by London standards, don't go expecting a four star hotel. It isn't a place I would recommend as a base for a holiday either as it's not the best area for seeing London from. I stopped over here for one night when working South of the River. The area... Myself and a friend stayed here for three nights, another friend decided she wanted to join for two nights so we called up on our day of arrival to see if this was possible. The staff were very helpful and at such short notice arranged an extra bed and only asked for an extra £10 a night. When we arrived... More
