At check in don't use the self service machines as they tend not to be working. The rooms are very Hot and have no air conditioning. Also the noise from outside is very bad. Take ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep. Only good point is the breakfast is good!

Stayed for the weekend here with my friend. We arrived early but they had no problems taking our luggage so we could explore the city before check in time. We were situated in a double room on the 6th floor which was very very hot. We're Irish so we really could not handle it even with the fan they provided.... More

We spent one night at Travelodge. It was centrally located and affordable. The staff were very friendly. We had booked three rooms and none of the keys worked. Apparently they have some issues with that as another guest said that they had changed his key five times. The room was clean and basic, but muggy as they don't have the... More

I work for a charity so this was booked for me for one overnight stay. I'm glad I was in the room for less than 12 hours. After a very hot (and lost) walk to get here I used automatic check in - got past the queue, got up to my room on the fifth floor only to find the... More

Good location if you're working in or around the City.Staff are friendly, helpful and overworked. Rooms are of a decent size by London standards and if you avoid the City Road frontage reasonably quiet. The main thing that let's this place down is the quality of the wifi - you pay extra and it's consistently dire, i write after three... More

There's probably not many mid-week rooms available in central London for less than £100 including breakfast (corporate rate). This place is convenient for Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Old Street stations. Standard Travelodge fare of a small clean room, comfortable bed and slightly dated but nonetheless functional shower room. I was given a room away from the main road so didn't... More

We stayed here for four nights in July whilst visiting Hyde Park for the Sabbath Concert and Wimbledon. The hotel is in a great position within easy walking distance of both Moorgate and Old Street Tubes as well as Liverpool Street Station. The room was clean although very warm with no view. No hairdryer and not enough towels. The staff... More

My partner and I have just returned from a 2-night stay here, to attend a family graduation. Very good price for London and close to tube stations. The new beds and pillows are really comfortable and the hotel bar sells possibly the cheapest bottle of wine in London. My partner liked the breakfast buffet, which was eat all you can. The... More

I hadn't stayed in a budget hotel before this so I wasn't sure what to expect, the reason I chose it was because of its central location and I was in London for one night out only, I thought why not save the money. Even though I was only there for one night I was impressed with many aspects of... More

Nice hotel with a very good location. Walking distance from Liverpool Street. Brick Lane and Trumans Brewery are just around the corner. If you book well in advance the price can be really low. Tesco24 and Sainsbury's are close-by, so if you need a snack late in the evening you can always find something there.
