Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor. I am surprised about your negative comment regarding the Passfield breakfast, as this is normally rated very highly. Guests may help themselves to unlimited tea, coffee, toast and juice. In addition, guests may choose six items from an extensive range on offer, including full English (bacon, sausages,... More

I've stayed twice, my first in a single and second in a double. My first impressions were good as it is very close to the centre of London and a 5 minute walk from Euston station. The front of the building is nice and the neighbourhood is also pleasant. Reception staff were friendly enough although they are clearly not hotel... More

Thank you for taking the time to write this review on Trip Advisor. LSE Passfield Hall does indeed pride itself on a fabulous location right in the heart of Bloomsbury and close to many of the attractions in central London. All the shared bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis and I am sorry if they were not up to... More

It's a budget stay and great experience with nice staff. Front desk is helpful. Excellent location, lots of food and spots within walkable distance. Breakfasts served at the dinning hall and it's like back to college again! Very easy to chat up with people there and get insights of the places. Note: Rating had considered too for the money paid... Great location but very basic accommodation. Bed hard and uncomfortable, and noisy neighbours can mean no sleep even when asked to 'tone down' by security and desk staff. Breakfast is good and vegetarian friendly if required, and can set you up well for a day's walking round London.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay with us at Passfield Hall. I am sorry if you experienced excessive noise during your stay with us. Had you asked, our Reception Staff would have made every effort to allocate you to a different room in another part of the building if one had been... More

We stayed with our three adult children. Their triple room was huge! The rooms are warm, the beds comfortable and their is a lovely view outside the French windows. Very handy to Euston station and within walking distance to Covent garden etc. The buffet breakfast is great. Reception staff very welcoming and informative. Great alternative to hotel accommodation.

I'm backpacking around Europe and chose Passfield Hall as I wanted a single room in a convenient location on a budget. I was quite impressed and overall had a great stay. Similar to another reviewer I got in at 8am but no check in until 3pm, so they have a luggage storage room which I used. I spent the day... More

This is the most important thing to know about staying at Passfield Hall: Staying here is excellent value for money, and generally very, very pleasant. I can't fault the rates at all considering all these things: 1. The facilities are very clean and easily accessible, with showers & toilets on each floor. 2. You get a really delicious breakfast for... More

I have stayed at Passfield Hall on a number of occasions and it has been a good experience until now. Firstly, the positives: really nice staff; excellent breakfast choices included in tariff; good, clean showers and loos. The negatives: The rooms are quite basic, which is acceptable. The bed I had to sleep on for four nights was most definitely... More

Alittle hard to find because of the construction and it 's easier to get off at Russell Square then Euston Square station. Nice single room with desk, closet and a sink with self in the bathroom which is great! Nice strong fan to circulate the air in the room. The room was clean and bed confortable and the facility is... I have graded this at five stars because it more than fulfils reasonable expectations of budget accommodation in central London. I stayed for two nights in a single room - non-ensuite - my error. I thought I had booked en-suite so was a bit wary but I needn't have been. The facilities were opposite my room (317) and I never... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
