Just back from wk end stay with family of 6 (4 children). The apartment was great for our family, plenty of room boys aged12 and 16 slept comfortable in large lounge and girls in twin beds. My family stayed in Lancaster Gate Hyde Part Apartments last spring. Although we enjoyed the location very much and most features about the apartment, the washing machine was defective and ruined some of our clothes. Also, we never received our deposit back in spite of 6 e-mails and 3 phone calls inquiring about it. Would not recommend the place.

We had three nights in apartment 4. Whilst on a superficial level the apartment does give a good impression, it doesn't deliver quality or service.
