Stayed at this hotel last weekend as went to see a show. Hotel was very clean and room was very good. Great bathroom, tv and internet access if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor of hotel inside beautiful, dont forget to look up when you have have a drink in the bar. Though I hasten to add that... More

The Grand is situated just off Trafalgar Square so perfect for sight seeing or Soho nightlife, West End theatres etc. Our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the high ceilings and the window seat. Nice little extra touches such as free WiFi, chilled water etc. Very much enjoyed the bar at the back of the lobby. Upmarket without... More

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip to London, and was slightly concerned at some dodgy reviews, but WOW, couldn't have been happier that we settled on this hotel. I haven't written a review before but this hotel was too great for me not to say anything about it. Fabulous location, puts you on the door step of Trafalgar... More

Stayed for one night with my partner! Check in was fast & courteous. We got a fantastic, modern, stylised room (709) with a view of Trafalgar Square Fountain out the window. Immediately we were both delighted. And then I walked into the bathroom. This was all kitted out for a disabled person! Was a bit odd having a wee with... More

After a last minute change of plan we needed a london hotel for 2 nights and wanted quality but not overpriced. After a little research we opted for the grand. We couldn't have been more impressed and will definitely stay here again. Very centrally located and the room was very modern, clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds too. Hotel bar... More

The hotel is just a minute away from Trafalgar Square. Very close to tube and nice environment. The hotel however is old. The toilet was hard to flush, I guess the handle was broken when we came and was not fixed. The aircon/heater took too long to warm the room. There was a water station where you can fill filtered... Great location, initially our room had a window to no where. Couldn't make temp controls work. Went for a walk. Still wouldn't work. Called 2x regarding and was told they'd look into it. Room was crazy hot. There was a window that when opened made room less stuffy but it literally went no where. Ac unit making a racket and... More

The Trafalgar Square is just across the road. This hotel is in the centre of London. If you're into musicals, you can reach nearly every theatre by foot. We could see the eye of London as well as Big Ben from our window. Both are ca. 10 - 15 minutes away (walking distance). Piccadilly circus is "round the corner". All... More

I was expecting all the pictures of the hotel to be inflated images of what the hotel was actually like because I booked the hotel at a really cheap rate (under $200/night)... not only was the hotel true to the pictures but its location was almost too perfect. Check in was nice and easy and they let us check in... More

I wanted a good hotel with good location and amenities. I got it all except for the amenities. On a Sunday the restaurant was closed and the bar shut at 8:30pm and their excuse was that a separate company ran the bar so they had no control of it. I would not stop here again. More
