My second stay, and yet another great experience. We were four people travelling together, and appreciated the lounge next to the elevators on the second floor - it was a great place to meet and stay during planning, etc. The standard rooms are normally sized, not small. We had rooms 227 and 228 - facing the street, but no street... More

Only stayed one night and was more than a little disappointed to find that the only bar was closed upon our arrival at 13:00hrs & would remain so until 07:00hrs on our departure. This was apparently due to an impromptu stock check! Not really what I expected when staying in a four star hotel. However we found our room to... More

Centrally located, great staff, rooms with a lot of space (this is an exception in London!), good price / quality balance ! The bar is superb (interior) - the hotel is really classy ! One minor point: on Sunday the bar closes at 8 PM.... We had a business meeting the day after and thus we had to go out... More

We stayed here on 30th Jan for 1 night as was watching a performance at the Harold Pinter theatre. The location is excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel. Check in was smooth and easy and the first impressions on arrival was lovely. We stayed in a standard room and this was more than adequate for our needs. A very... More

Fantastic location! Lovely building too, with magnificent marble interiors. Little confusing that it shares rooms and a lobby with another hotel? Rooms were nice, quiet and clean. easy walking distance to most London attractions. Bar can be pricey. Will be going back.

Went there for a company event. The Hotel was so beautiful and just the perfect venue for any special occasion. We had passed Hors d'oeuvres and champagne. The burgers on a brioche bun with goat cheese were amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend this as a must when visiting London. Xo👍👍👍👍

I brought my wife here for one night to celebrate her birthday. The hotel has a great location a stones throw from Trafalgar Sq. I wonder if they use this to attract clientele? The checking in was slow. The oddly shaped reception desk seemed disorganised and poorly staffed for a top London hotel. There were customers walking into the back... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
