Beware rooms 624/626 I could feel the movement of the guest on and off the bed whilst I was I my bed. I could him him/her walking around their room. I could tell it was a single occupancy as was mine despite the double beds. I guess the staff know the problem hence putting singles in the rooms. It would... More

a good hotel in central London. Close to White Hall, the eye, and parliament. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a good work area on the second floor and the free wifi is quick and a plus. The restuaurant serves good food but nothing outstanding, this hotel is about location, location, location.

The hotel is centrally located, with elegant lobby. The rooms are not new but well maintained and very clean. The staff, both at reception and on the floors, are friendly and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Tadas.

Stayed here one night 15th November 2014. This is in a great location within easy walk to anywhere. I bought a package with theatre ticket which was exceptional value. Did not eat at the hotel. We purchased breakfast at Garfunkels nearby which was good and great value. Prices at hotel to eat were not that expensive but decided to eat... More

Personally I would request an outside facing room next time as ours was quite dark, but the room facilities were actually the best I've had for ages. A nice coffee pod machine, USB connectors for charging phones etc in the walls, lots of electric sockets, a desk/mini breakfast bar, TV on an extending wall bracket, fridge, microwave, plus filtered water... I stayed here for a night on a business trip and I must admit I liked it. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were good though I thought the noise level was very high. I can put that to London or the fact that I got a room facing the street. I loved the location especially to proximity to... More

The Grand is an odd mixture. Great location, super rooms but let down by the breakfast/bar facilities. Oddly we were told there were not part of the hotel and therfore that management of the hotel were not responsible for the service quality. We were suprised on Sunday evening at 9pm to be told the bar was closed!. No coffee but... More

Wonderful location - easy walk to many sights, and theatre. The room was large by European standards. A wee bit dated decor, but an extremely comfortable bed and a quiet room (not along the main street) resulted in a very restful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good location and comfortable stay.

Having stayed in this hotel 3 years ago I recommended this for a weekend away with my sisters and mother. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by very unwelcoming staff, the bar staff were slow, half hour to receive drinks we had ordered, room service delivered without a knife and fork, and then told we hadn't paid...
