My husband and I stayed at the Grand for 3 days after spending a few days in Europe and before taking the flight to New York. There was a small problem with this hotel- there was a street noise, probably some sort of street concert going on in the weekend, and a noisy party in the hotel. We complained about... More

Front desk guy Adam was very helpful to our family with kids. Helped with our enormous luggage with kids. Gave us a room with microwave and fridge at no extra cost considering we had baby food. It was perfect location.

We spent the weekend here to celebrate our daughter's 21 birthday . Location was excellent. We walked to many attractions including Big Ben, The National Gallery and the west end. I was worried about previous posts that commented on "self check in." There was no problem and staff was always available to answer questions, give directions etc. Our room was... More

I booked a one night stay through a last minute company, so was not quite sure what to expect. The central location could not be better, the staff were very helpful and I was very pleased at the room size. There was 3 of us in one room and the pull out bed was a double. The only downside was... More

Great location for sightseeing many of Londons Attractions and a great base for a theatre break but thats as far as I would say. Check in is ok but no offer of any service to help. Room poor - put in Room 316 which was at the back or side which overlooked a noisy extraction unit which could hear all... More

Great location in central London, beautiful hotel with history and super fast free wifi throughout the hotel and bedrooms. It's not cheap but standard for London. can't fault it - very good and highly recommended.

Location is brilliant for the West End and Covent Garden. Bar and restaurant are mad expensive but very nice, have breakfast at Garfunkels just along the road, cheap and good.Check in was pretty quick, rooms are good size for Central London, a bit dark though .Noisy due to the road outside but youre in a busy city so bring ear plugs... The location of this hotel is really the best: few seconds from Tragalgar Square, you continue by 10minutes walk to Leicester square (with all famous musicals theaters, covent garden, picadilly circus); Soho is about 15min walk as well as the Oxford Circus (about 20minutes). Our room was quite spacy and clean. It is true that if your windows are on... More

Check in was okay could of been quicker but busy & not much of a waiting area would recomend a bench for tired guests to wait upon arrival. Room smelt of smoke so mentioned at reception & went out sightseeing. on our return reception had moved our luggage to a new room. This rooms was of a same standard, not... More

Came up to see a musical so stayed for one night. Fantastic location to all the major sights, including Charing Cross station which has brilliant links to Oxford Circus, Paddington station, etc! Staff at reception were absolutely fantastic and very helpful- we had come a bit too early and were able to leave our baggage securely before seeing the room.... More
