The staff were friendly and helpful, without exception. The lobby and corridors were spotless and the standard of room housekeeping was very high. The room was reasonable, we slept well. There was no mini fridge in our room, that would have been very welcome. There was evidence on the ceiling of some previous 'overflow ' problems from the room above.... More

All staff friendly & professional. Fabulous hot breakfast in pleasant dining room & very reasonably priced. Great location near public transport & range of different restaurants & pubs. Clean & well presented in all areas. Comfy bed with good pillows & bedding; great shower & bathroom facilities. Quiet, well appointed rooms. Free parking available. Great spot to stay to attend... My husband and I stayed here for one night as we had tickets for Wimbledon. The free carpark made it a perfect spot to leave the car then pop on the bus which stopped right outside to take us to Wimbledon Village. There are lots of nice pubs and restaurants in area which are easy to walk to. Our room... More

I have stayed here on 4 or 5 different occasions for Wimbledon fortnight. Although not luxurious it is more than adequate. The superior rooms are a very good size and are quiet. The breakfast is good and there are 4 or 5 restaurants within easy walking distance. It is not far from Wimbledon town and only a short taxi ride... More

When booking direct with hotel I was informed that I would receive a classic double room price £135 for one night room only. On arrival given room 115 on the first floor at the front of hotel looking directly onto busy road and directly over a bus stop. Complained to staff and was told that the hotel was fully booked... Dear David G, I was disappointed to learn that the room allocated did not meet with your expectations, and am sorry that due to the hotel being full, it was not possible to offer you a room move. I can confirm that the room was a Classic Double, and that no previous issues have ever been brought to our attention,... More

We were going to the ladies finals and only got the tickets the day before so were looking last minute. I was dubious a hotel had a room left so close to the train station but I was not disappointed. From start to finish the staff were friendly and helpful (especially when my boyfriend managed to lock us out of... More

I have been staying at the Antoinette for the last three weeks and the staff have been truly wonderful. Nothing has been too much trouble for Alicia, Amanda, Audrey, Kevin and Zaira. Thank you so much. The hotel is in an excellent location; very close to good restaurants and train station. Breakfast is always good with wonderful service and the... More

I lived for 35 years of my life in Wimbledon before emigrating to New Zealand, and when I went back recently with my wife for a visit to my old hometown, we stayed here. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff friendly and efficient and the room, although a little on the small side, did the job nicely. The... More

I've stayed here 3 times in the last 12 months. Its a good value hotel and it has free parking which is barrier protected. Rooms and bathrooms are decent and some have been refurbished during the year. There is a very good restaurant and bar next door. Its quite close to South Wimbledon underground station. Breakfast is good too. There... More

My sister and I found the hotel perfect when visiting Wimbledon Tennis Club.It is within 40mins walking distance of the club, however you need to be reasonably fit as there are steepish parts.Otherwise bus stops outside, and only .short distance to station too. Staff were lovely and friendly, our 2 single rooms a really good size with comfortable bed/pillows,aircon workeell worked very... More
