Would highly recommend staying at these apartments. Great location - it is close to Borough tube station and lots of local amenities. Worked great for the family as it had loads of living space, much better than staying in a hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a visit to see my daughter who lives a coupe of minutes walk away and it was really convenient for us. Location is brilliant with Borough Tube station is 2 mins walk and it is a short walk to Borough Market and less than 30 mins to Tower Bridge. We had a Premier... More

You could not wish for a better apartment from which you can walk into Central London and enjoy the sites. We personally visited the site of the 2012 Olympic Games. Only problem was it rained whilst we were there, but not Marlins fault, just the English weather!!

Stayed here while in London celebrating our grandaughters 5th birthday. What a lovely place to stay. So central for everything we wanted to do. Lovely views over London from the 5th floor apartment. Very well equipped and lovely bathroom and ensuite and very reasonable price. Also the underground parking was very reasonable and convenient considering the area, Staff very pleasant... More

again after reading reviews i went with trepidation, and my only fault would be they could be a little more open about the details of the security bond rather than having to get information from reviews, but anyway i was aware before i arrived so this wasnt an issue, the staff were very helpful on arrival and on checkout when... Lovely apartment especially if staying with family. Our room's located on the third floor and we never had trouble with noise. Kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, pots, plates + dishwasher, microwave and a whole lot more. It has an ironing board too if clothes needed a little straightening. Included in the bathroom is a tub -- perfect for a little... More

We stayed at Marlin Apartments over the New Year and had a wonderful experience. The spacious layout of the apartment, well-stocked kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine made it feel like we were comfortably at home while on vacation with our two children. The property has a very new, clean feel to it. Also, the location is just a block or... More

I'd read a lot of reviews on here prior to our stay and wasn't expecting great things. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The lobby area is modern, very clean and well kept. The staff on check in were friendly, polite and checked us in promptly. We got an apartment on the 4th floor. The corridor leading to the apartment had... More

Amazing Apartment, but it needs to have a little work done on it, Shower room had mould all round and the paintwork coming off the walls.... The only thing I will say in that make it clearer on the booking (before confirmation) about £ 200 on a credit card and photo ID.... this would make things clearer for people... Reception... More

Stayed here for the first time, usually use hotels for business trips. A great alternative for those who want more than the usual hotel experience. I was upgraded which was a nice surprise. The apartment was lovely. Well equipped kitchen with dining area (also had dishwasher & washing machine). There is a Tesco 2 doors away so convenient for food... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
