Stayed with my partner and my dad in a two bedroom apartment after visiting family overseas. Absolutely brilliant value for money - two bathrooms, excellent kitchen, balcony. Downstairs was a Tesco, which was so handy. Really comfortable apartment, modern and spacious. Would definitely stay there again more

My partner booked these apartments, being close to his London office and convenient for my shopping (Borough Market etc) and tube stations. I would say that we have stayed in these apartments probably 3-4 times before but have now noticed the steadty deterioration of same. Terrible customer service; the rudest concierge I have ever experienced. We requested an extra duvet three times. Each time we were assured that it would arrive.
