My single room was comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The ensuite was small but adequate and the towels were changed everyday. I can thoroughly recommend this venue as it is central for so much sightseeing. I was able to walk to theatres and galleries with ease and cross the river to the... More

This is a student dorm in London School of Business. Only offer for visitor accommodation during school holidays. I was there for a week during September and enjoyed the proximity to many attractions. Traveller must note that this is not a hotel and only a dorm. Rooms and beds are comfortable but carpet needs good cleaning. Major down side is... More

Excellent location as a base for exploring central London. Basic accommodation, but dry, warm and quite clean (well, apart from the carpets). Don't expect luxury at this price but well worth considering if, like me, you are appalled by London hotel prices. Apparently it was built as the Victoria Hotel and was the first hotel visited by a member of... More

This beautiful building is just off Trafalgar Square, so a fantastic location to explore London from. If you like luxury hotels then this is not for you, but if you like clean, comfortable, friendly and value for money accommodation you should give this a try.

Just off Trafalgar square, the location of this simple and clean property can't be any better... The rooms are VERY basic and it does feel like a college dormitory: cheap furnishings and so-so beds... but who cares? It's very cheap for the location, there a clean towels and sheets provided, in a secure building. For the price, I would definitely... More

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Beds comfortable, room fine though bathroom very small. Wouldn't want to stay around property, obviously not comfortable hotel, but I expect most people want what we wanted -a convenient base. It's location is excellent, and despite this generally very quiet there. Am planning to go again in the future

A simple good sized room, in an amazing central location. A two minute walk from Trafalgar square, staff where always helpful and friendly, right across the road from a good pub selling real ales. The room was very quiet never heard any of the other guests during our stay. Washing facilities more than adequate. Reason why we only gave 4... More

Spent two nights here last week whilst on a birthday trip to London and found it absolutely fine. Of course with it being student accommodation, the rooms were bare and the bathroom was a wet room. The downside to this was if someone had a shower, the whole pod was soaked. Also with me being tall I found it difficult... More

tIf you don't need all the bells and whistles of a 5 star hotel, but want a supreme location, this place is for you. At least it was for us! We booked a room here August 11-13, 2012, so we could catch the Olympic men's marathon. It was a last minute trip, from Germany, and was well worth it. The... More

The building is part of the London School of Economics dorm complex. The rooms are basic but clean. On the upside: - Location is terrific (next to trafalgar square) - Plenty of shops, restaurant, supermarkets - Walking distance to most of the tourists' sites - Helpful staff at the entrance (I think they are students) - Cleaning every day (although...
