Very good hotel. Service is efficient and pleasant. Check in was able to give a room with partial view of London Eye - ask when booking is adviseable. Room was on the small side, but for a standard room was to be expected. Room has all facilities at no extra cost, wifi, sky tv & sports, etc. Good hotel

We had a studio room with a double bed and a sofa bed for our son. The room had a fridge and microwave and some cutlery /plates and dishes . So you could easily have a snack in the room or even a light breakfast. We had the hotel breakfast - which was fine. The usual buffet of cooked breakfast... More

We stayed for just the one night and booked at very short notice as we wanted an overnight stay in London following three nights staying in a Windsor hotel whilist visiting Legoland and Hanpton Court. I now wish we had spent the other three nights here and travelled into Windsor in the train - I have reviewed the Windsor hotel... More

We just returned from our first trip to London. The Park PLaza County Hall was a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, from check-in to housekeeping to the concierge we have only great things to say. The concierge was able to assist us with Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, and London Eye tickets and was extremely helpful. The room was spacious... More

Arrived 05 Aug and stayed for 2 nights. We had room 314, the view from the room is of the roof of Waterloo station. Arrived from San Francisco jet lagged at just after 2pm. Long queues at check in but processed very quickly. First impressions of the room very nice and modern but who puts the bedroom next to the... More

We loved this hotel - stayed here for 3 nights in early August 2011. On arrival we were upgraded from a studio to a junior suite and it was fantastic. Reading the other comments on here, yes the second bed in the lounge area wasn't hugely comfortable, but was fine for a few nights for the kids. Yes, we were... More
