I stayed in this hotel for only 1 day in June with my young family. We did not have much interaction with the hotel staff and services but I can tell you that the room was excellent in every respect. We stayed here for two nights in one of the 13th floor studio suites. The suite was perfect: comfortable bed, large living room with a fatastic panoramic view over the Houses of Parliament - Big Ben and the London Eye, sleek design bathroom and a fully equiped kitchenette (even including a Nespresso machine).
