I have stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times over the last year but this time we (2 adults and 2 children) went for a penthouse room - absolutely superb. If you want to visit london this hotel might be a good choice for you. It is a clean hotel which you can stay without any concern. The service level is better than average. It has not a great view, the rooms have london eye view (generally), but it is very near to waterloo station (both for tube and trains)....
