A small hotel but must say perfect. Very clean & makes you feel at home all the time. Breakfast simply delicious. Excellent location for Oxford Street and main underground connections in London. Staff very helpful. Recommended +++++++++ More

A small hotel hosted us, 3 adults ( couple with adult daughter). Easy to find, easy to get access to transportation. Great for a 4 days visit, helpful staff, clean room, fine breakfast. Problems if you can't sleep because of noise from the street. A hotel we will like to return to. More

I booked a "small single room". And small it was. 4,8 sguare meters. Next step down would be a hole in a wall, with a bed. No chair, because there was not place for a chair. No scrubb, because there was no space. Shower two stairs down. But my room (number 11) had some advantages compared to other rooms in... More

I stayed there for three nights. The room was "cozy" but it had everything I needed - comfortable bed, desk, closet, full bathroom... While it certainly wasn't a "resort" hotel, it's a great affordable way to stay in London and have access to transportation and all that London has to offer. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast... More

The overall review is okej but one of the big problems is the breakfast for a vegetarian.it was not okej! We could only have white toast and cereals. Plus the obnoxious smell of meat in the mornings stinking up our room. The room was of okej size but in need of some renovation.. I will not come back, I think... More

We picked this hotel because it was reasonably priced, centrally located for tourist activities and had a twin room available (not always easy to find). Room was tiny but clean, and the beds were good. It was a little warm, but there was a nice 3-speed fan. Manager Jonathan was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard "English breakfast" -... Chose this hotel because of Tripadvisor reviews. Wanted to stay close to Paddington Station because of the Heathrow Xpress train and also train to Oxford. Close to the station but would not be easy if someone had much luggage. The outside of the hotel looks like the numerous others on the street. This was the only one that had a... More

Perfect location for the tube system, the owner could not have been more accomodating, and the price was fantastic! It is only 5 min to Edgeware tube stop and 10min tops from Paddington rail. It is just above Hyde Park and everything you would want to see is right off the Circle or Bakerloo tube line, both of which connect... More

We spent 2 nights at this B&B recently. It's clean and friendly with good breakfast. The area is completely Arabic so be prepared for that but overall seemed fairly safe. The one suggestion I have is that the cleaning lady should be taught to leave clean towels on the bathroom rack not on top of the duvet - that is... More

very good and clean hotel, very good service, the room is small but it seems that this is the standard in London. There is no elevator so people with heavy suitcase need to consider it. The location is good, very close to Edgeware and Pedington stations. Jonathan the manager is very good guy. More
