We were mislead by the favorable reviews and website photos. Two people could barely pass; the mattress was small, sagging, with springs that poked; and there was a miniscule amount of space between the bathroom and the bed; the rug was grungy, and the room was dark. The staff were pleasant and helpful - thanks especially to Dorina. Would never... More

A budget hotel round the corner from victoria coach and rail stations. Room is small and basic but everything needed is there including a nice TV and a compact bathroom. Breakfast was included and was a fair continental one. Reception was friendly and 24 hours.

Good value, check hotel website rather than booking service. Very friendly & helpful staff. Secure room to leave luggage if you want to check in before the room is ready. Very clean & smart throughout. Had a single room that was very comfortable. Bottle of water and tea/coffee & biscuits very welcome! Bathroom very clean & good shower. Good continental... More

We needed a place just for 2 nights after a trip in Venice, we wanted to see a show and go to a couple of museums. Good location as mentioned by others, a quick walk to Victoria station. Very helpful staff, rooms well decorated and clean but carpet could have done with a freshen up. We were on the top... More

This hotel is in a couple of converted 4-storey houses, very close to Victoria stations. Ebury St is very quiet compared to nearby Victoria and it's a posh part of town with bespoke restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket very nearby. It's not a bustling area at night, but that's good because that means it's quieter. The rooms are well... More

This is a pretty workaday hotel; nothing particularly special but clean and fit for purpose. I wouldn't stay here for a long time, say for a holiday, but as I was doing a single overnight stay for work it was perfectly fine. They TV tuning was very odd but that's a minor criticism. Breakfast (continental) was pretty damn basic, but... More

This is a lovely little hotel which is so close to the amenities around victoria palace Hotel staff were pleasant and breakfast was good Couldn't get the TV to work-maybe because we had a basement room however to be honest we didn't ask reception as we weren't really bothered About 10-15 mins works from victoria palace theatre which was very... Hotels in this part of town are understandibly more expensive and rooms are usually extremely small. Staying at the Astors Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room rate did not make me whince and the bedroom was fairly spacious. I did not have to decide which one of us stays in the room: the suitcase or I. Both of us... More

A family weekend visit to see the sights of London had a great start when we got to the hotel. Although check in isn't until 2pm we were able to leave our bags there. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Victoria Station, very handy for train, underground and coaches. It's also only 2 mins walk from a mini Sainburys.... More

Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
