I spent 3 days in this hotel, it was very quite and very close to the center and the tube. The staff was very kindly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and very rich. I appreciated free wifi.

Starting with the positives, it is relatively cheap for London and in a great location (very close to Paddington Station and to a number of decent places to eat and drink). The entrance is up some steep stairs to a small check-in desk. They use a tablet for check-in which was not easy to use in terms of typing in... More

Whilst there were some cosmetic quirks with the room for the price and location you cannot go wrong. Maybe would not be suited for a full weeks stay but for a short break is ideal. Breakfast was delivered on a which was a nice touch and the view was very pleasant.

we stayed about a week in London in 3 different hotels, and this hotel is the worst ever. The staffs are not friendly, smelly and dirty rooms, narrow and high staircase.. only one thing good is the location, but believe me there are plenty more good hotel in London than this one. Avoid this hotel!!

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived at the hotel only to realise we had to carry our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. The receptionist only offered to carry one. The reception desk was dirty smelly and tiny. The whole hotel had a really bad smell. Our room had three beds. Everything was... More

Before booking this hotel there were many bad reviews so it was with trepidation we booked it and hoped for the best. It has surpassed our expectations for a budget hotel. The location is fantastic near Paddington tube and rail.near major attractions such as Kensington palace and hide park and oxford street. Within walking distance. The sheets and towels charged...
