The hotel was basic but adequate for our weekend in London with our grandchildren. The room was cramped but clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and decent quality. We had a problem of no hot water on arrival but this was resolved quickly. An electric socket was broken but as it was under one of the... More

I spent a weekend with a friend in London. Paied 60 pounds per night for this hotel. Downsides: -The room was a nonsmoking room but still it smelled strong of smoke. - My bed broke in half when I sat down on it, the frame cracked and splitt in half. This issue was easily fixed since the staff had new... More

All staff at the reception was extremely rude, felt unwelcome and offended. Went to pick up some things that guests staying there left for me and the staff at reception was very rude and wanted an argument out of nothing, I was very polite and upset as I told him that he was being very rude and that is not... How would you feel if you booked a double room and when you get the keys you find out that your room was given to someone else who wanted to extend his vacations and what you get is a twin room? They had no excuse, they didn't inform us at any time even when they handed us the keys and... More

Complete waste of a stay at this hotel, although it was generally clean, the staff were very rude. The rooms were small and we had a view of rubbish and a brick wall. Also the room next door were able to see into our room if we had the curtains open, this meant we needed to keep them closed for... More

Complete and utter waste of money! Firstly the staff were very rude! The room was tiny!!! Opened the curtains to look out and the view was of a brick wall and next doors window so there was no privacy unless you left your curtains shut all weekend which meant the room was hot and stuffy. If you leave the hotel... More

I do not recommend this hotel for +120€ a night. Really old room located in the basement. Paint hanging from the wall, 20 dead flies in the lamp, broken bathroom door etc. From a hallway toilet you could access a window directly to our room. Noice from the restaurant at 6.30. Do not stay here!
