Stayed here last week to meet up with family and friends for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Upgraded to a apartment across the road which was fine .. Newly decorated very clean .. Great if you need to book a group in as it had everything you would need kitchen seating area etc.. You can walk to some amazing places... More

I found myself in Central London between a flight from Athens and a train journey to York. I had my 6 year old son with me and we needed a good stop-over. The London City Hotel offered us a double room for £139. As London prices go, this was reasonable. However, when compared with the Premier Inn at Terminal 5,... More

Excellent place above a cafe which served delicious food. Clean, friendly staff and an ideal location very close to the Shard. It's quite basic, but very reasonable, especially given the location. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very polite staff, excellent central location, clean well equipped rooms, spacious modern bathroom, friendly atmosphere, the Riva cafe offering first class breakfast. Certainly value for money and a must try

Right next to Borough tube station you'll find this little boutique hotel. £95 a night, not including breakfast, which is not too bad by London standards and the room was compact yet comfortable. The shower is slightly over-complicated, but I would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Looking for a place to stay for one night on a business trip, I've found the London city hotel with the most lovely and helpful staff. The room couldn't be more clean or quiet, location was great. Will be back soon!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely perfect. We had one of the rooms downstairs behind the cafe and it was away from the noise, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted by Claudia who kindly helped us with our bags and gave us a quick debrief of the surrounding places and hints... More

I booked this hotel for an overnight business stay and, for the price, was expecting a basic hotel. When I arrived (don't be put off by the fact it's just a doorway in a busy street), the staff were incredibly helpful, enquiring after my journey and checked me in promptly. I was then offered a free upgrade to an apartment,... More

I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom, I never book a shared bathroom it creeps me out but it was all that was left on this occasion... I shouldn't have worried!! It was just along the hall, there was actually 2 showerooms... More

We stayed here and throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was a modern decorated and clean friendly hotel. It was decorated to a high standard. We would recommend this hotel, so close to Borough tube station. Location was great.
