Great value as it is cheap and easy to find and close to underground/restaurants/buses. Good breakfast but the room was dreary. Very helpful staff. Great if you want a cheap place to stay. Nothing more! I have stayed in London for three times the cost and had less in return.

This place is not pretty but it's really cheap. And for London at about £40 a night, that's what you get. Very old and tired rooms but they do *seem* clean. It's hard to tell when the carpeting is as old and as stained as that. The bathrooms seem clean enough, even if very old. But bring your own soap... More

Location is fabulous as it is in the heart of Hampstead - very plush and a 5 min walk from West Hampstead station which was useful. Got to reception, v friendly lady named Andrea. stayed here acouple of times and always bowled over by its cheapness great untouristy location and good straightforward breakfasts it cannot be beaten for its price and is only 1 stop on overground from st pancreas and kc check it out!!also nearby highstreet has some great restuarants and cafes!!
