A nice place, nothing fancy, shared bathroom, but all clean and functional. you have to wait for brakfast but always get a smile with the nescafe or tea. Wifi only in some rooms. If you have any problem they will do their best to solve it. Nice area, with cafes and pubs, easy to get anywhere with tube, overground and... More

The good: The woman on reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Her customer service was superb, she could even advise you on London sightseeing. The bed linen and towels were very clean. The bathroom was clean, we paid extra for an en-suite. The bad: The beds were a little lumpy; the mattresses need replacing. The rooms pictured on the website... More

It was very eassy to arrive from Heathrow by tube. It's a nice guest house with a simple but clean and confortable room. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. Will stay again for sure!

We simply wanted a Good nights sleep, but we were given a room which backed on to the train tracks, which ran for 24 hours. The springs in the mattress could easily be felt. The shared shower room had been made from part of the room and you could hear everything. We were not at all happy and did not... More

Dear Mrs/Mr You willingness to share your thoughts is appreciated. We are very sorry that you found it difficult to sleep. This is the second time you are staying with us in 2015. We are quite sure you are familiar with the Thameslink Train service running in our neighborhood. On your previous visit with us, you stayed in a separate... More

I have actually stayed here over a year ago, but it was such a brilliant stay that I think a review is overdue. I stayed with my boyfriend as we had business in London and even though we live near-ish, we wanted somewhere that allowed us to be in the city center quickly. Somewhere not expensive but nice. My boyfriend... More

I had a one night stay here as I was in London on business but not on expenses so was looking for somewhere cheap but acceptable. I had booked a room with private facilities but was given a room in the main building with a shared bathrom. That's something I haven't had for years, but it wasn't a problem as... More

I paid £74 for a twin room with private bathroom which was located in the building next door, not the main building. The room was clean and just right for a one night stay. I think it's pretty poor to not provide shower gel - even the tiniest bottle wouldn't cost the owners that much. There was a notice saying... More

Stayed one night, booked last minute due to having nowhere to stay in London. Paid £39 for a double room with a shared bathroom (en suite was not much more but none were available - as I say, last minute booking) and the price included breakfast. The room was actually across the road from the main hotel, but I had... More
