Simple, friendly, perfect location for Crouch Hill and Crouch End. If you are looking for a reasonably priced small hotel in the North London area the Aber is a good bet. Helpful staff, easy in and out.

We have been coming to The Aber hotel for a few years now as it feels like our second home for us.Our son lives very nearby, in the town of Crouch Hill which is only a 5 minute walk from The Aber Hotel. The bus services are fab as the W7 takes you straight to Finsbury Park which is ideal... More

The Aber Hotel is at best a mediocre B&B. On arrival it looked as if the garden was collapsing into the road and there were red barriers across the front. In terms of facilities, the website implies that there is a bar with leather sofas (there is a bottle of champagne and two glasses on the coffee table!) but there... More

On Crouch Hill, reasonably priced with clean and rather large rooms (except bathroom, which was closet-like, but functional still the same). The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice. I would stay here again if spending a few days in London again.

We stayed for 1 night, couldnt shower in the morning as no hot water. Compensation was taking 10 pounds off a 130 pounds bill and getting charged 1 pound for a 2 finger kit kat!!!! In my opinion it needs updating througout.

Great stay, lovely area on Crouch Hill. The drinking and snack cabinet had all sorts and very reasonably priced. Stayed in a 3 bed bedroom and was still very spacious. Bathroom was also very clean and respectable. Excellent variety of breakfast and host Barbara was very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again if we are visiting... More

We stayed at The Aber a couple of years ago, and found it generally adequate - but I remarked at the time that the breakfast was rather basic (no cooked option) and served in a small conservatory with only three tables. What would happen if most of the guests in the hotel arrived for breakfast at the same time? Well,... More

I was going to a book launch and decided to stay last minute, I was recommended this hotel. First look at it you would be worried as there is some building work outside, the staff are friendly so that balances it out. The room itself was impressive, myself and a friend booked a twin room and we each got a... More
