Small hotel with all the essential facilities for a short trip to London. Perfect location (you can reach almost everything in half an hour)! Plus, breakfast every morning with a delicious toast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Worst hotel that I have ever encountered, filthy room, pubic hairs in bathroom. Stayed for three nights due to work commitments and bedding was not changed, curtains were filthy and the bed was slanted towards the wall due to floor being in need of repair the carpets were in need of changing maybe at least 10 years ago.

This hotel is disgusting. We stayed here for one night in October and will never return. The room was filthy. The curtains were black with dirt, the shower had pubic hair in it. If you needed the loo, you had to have the door open and put your feet in the shower as the toilet was so small. The room... More

For London standarts this hotel has very good price. Roms are very small and might be a little more cleaner. No air codition what this July was very important. No Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are just tosts with jam. Hotel located in 3rd tube zone so quite close to downtown.

very basic, but no complaints - this is a budget accommodation but in a nice area and not too far from Turnham Green Tube Station (10 min walk). My only wish would have been having coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

We made a reservation for Emlyn Hotel, but we needed to checked-in in the hotel. When we checked-in, we're offered a room at this hotel. The price stayed the same, but now we had our own bathroom. The room was very small. So was the bathroom. The shower was dirty. We've got an own fridge, so our drinks stayed cold.... More

This hotel is dirty and uncared for . The carpets are stained, blankets have stains on them, you get 1 lumpy pillow. I had to cover my pillow with an item of clothing and place over clothes under it to achieve a decent height. When we arrived there was confusion as to how many days we had booked for and... More
