Stayed with a friend over a weekend in July 2015- for a convention at the Kensington Olympia. The hotel was easy enough to find and not too far from the nearest Tube station (about a ten minute walk, with heavy bags). There's a bus stop directly outside the front of the building. It's located in a residential area, with takeaways... More

I personally feel the reviews on here don't give this hotel enough credit... From what I gather it is a small family run business who are doing an amazing job.. I have stayed here on many occasions over the past year after studying close by in London, every single time having booked a single room but entering the room with... More

Very small room. We ordered separate beds for 3 and got 1 single bed and 1 doublebed. Otherwise hotel was ok for its price, warm place to sleep and Microsoft neighborhood and good access to city center.

The hotel is located in a very good position, 3 minutes from Turnahm Green tube station and 5 minutes from commercial road full of shops and restaurant. The area is very nice and quiet. Rooms are tiny and basic but acceptable for a low budget hotel. Breakfast is good enough to start the day, unlimited coffee, tea and toasts.

When we arrived we were met by a very unfriendly man who was slow and unhelpful. Once i had paid he asked if we were staying the night (maybe most people leave before bedtime). Our rooms and the hotel in general were in urgent need of a makeover. The toilet in the ensuite had a sloping ceiling and could only... More

We arrived by Tube (short walk away) 5 minutes early and was told to come back at 12. The 'room' was ready, but we were told that it had not been hoovered yet. We paid for the room, and then we were given the key to what I can only describe as a broom cupboard, under the roof. Room 34... More

scruffy and low brow. reception was an enclosed booth in which a grubby and dishevelled old man grumpily took card payment in exchange for keys. generally the place felt run down, worn carpets throughout the hallways and stairwell leading to pokey little rooms desperately in need of modernisation.

Let's get this out of the way, this is NOT a 5 star luxury resort. This is a very basic, cheap hotel in a good location in London. I stayed here for three nights & it was perfect for my needs. It was cheap, quiet & comfortable enough. I spent roughly 8-10 hours here for each of the nights (really... More

I booked a family room for myself, my mother and my young son. As we were in London briefly to watch a family member run the marathon, we were not able to book anywhere else at short notice. The hotel was dirty and run down. The bedding and towels, however, were spotlessly clean and bright white but that was the... More
