Found the hotel on one of the many hotel booking sites. Very friendly staff, clean room and fantastic decor. The tapas restaurant had a really nice selection of good quality food and staff are more than happy to help. Loved the honesty bar as after 12am we couldn't find any where else to have a nice quite drink so this... More

We stopped here between airports in 2013 and didn't really get to look around the area but the hotel was great. The tile work and detail in this hotel was awesome. The set up with videos and shared tea area was really good and the staff lovely.

an interesting place!! easy to get lost in. clean, comfortable, soulless. saddened by a full english breakfast - where beans and tomatos are tainted by purported south american spices - (bad move). otherwise, a good, convenient, central location for 'sawf london' (brixton) - think it's the 345/365! laters - your honest reviewer. j.

I booked this hotel for NYE and wasn't disappointed. When we arrived we had a friendly greeting and once in our room there were added extras I.e chocolate, hot sauce and a small bottle of sparkling wine. The room it's self was off suit but there was a sink in the room, the room was clean and very nicely decorated.... More

Excellent service and really enjoy my staying there .. The only problem was - when the rest of hotel quests used their bathrooms or toilets , the noise of the pipes was very loud in my room.. but only this was my problem. All else was perfect. .

Stayed here for a night in this mexican themed hotel, with 3 friends as we were all attending a seminar. Friendly staff, good breakfast and if I go back I will try the food in the 'Angels and Gypsies restaurant'. By the way this place has an honesty bar!

Our second stay here- its a bit of a rabbit warren, lots of stairs, takes a bit of practise not to get lost, but friendly, warm & clean. Oliver F complains about the noise which was true on our first visit, but the room we had has now been fitted with secondary double glazing and its a huge difference- mind... More

We booked this place as a last minute reservation after going to see a Charlie and the chocolate factory. It's a nice enough place with cute quirky rooms, but a few little flaws that took it down from a 4/5 to only a 3. The first issue is noise outside. Even on the third floor there was noise well in... We stayed here for 1 night last week for a gig at the O2 Brixton Academy. What a great place! We were warmly greeted at reception and given a tour of the hotel on the way to our room, including being shown the honesty bar, which I've never heard of before. We had booked a twin off suite because we... More

I stayed at this fun and fabulous hotel on 12th Nov on a special trip with my daughter to see my first Grandchild in nearby Peckham. I entered the hotel via the restaurant 'Angels and Gypsies' and was lead through to reception. Every staff encounter was warm, smiling and friendly -- so unlike London. I think it was the Spanish/South... More
