What a great hotel! We only stayed for one night and were treated like royalty! Its my birthday and they made everything so special and made me feel spoilt. Elliot the general manager is truly a real gent but all the staff were approachable, cheerful and friendly. They made extra effort to make our stay special. Rooms are lovely, food... More

For the price we had a great room with a beautifully tiled bathroom and comfy bed. We also enjoyed access to a DVD library and excellent coffee available from the lounge. The whole place felt great to be around and we took advantage of an offer to dine at Angels and Gypsies (the attached restaurant) which was a real success,... More

What a hidden gem of a hotel. It's beautiful Spanish decor was amazing, loved the wonderfully tiled bathrooms with georgeous fluffy towels, the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Everyday topped up with chocolate bars, hot chilli sauce and note books in the rooms The staff were so helpful and friendly. Attached tapas restaurant was wonderful we ate there every night.... We loved the hotel, nice and polite personal. We got a really nice room, the green one. Nice bed, and really fresh linen. I specially liked the Occitane shampoo, and The cute and welcoming chilisauce, and chocolate. It was easy and quickly to take a bus to London center, no problem at all. Many good restaurant nearby, special the greek... More

In Camberwell, near Denmark Hill station. Fairly laid-back multiethnic community. A short bus ride to livelier but also noisier Brixton. Stay here, hang out at Brixton. Hotel has South American theme and bizarre church-themed cellar bar with somewhat overpriced cocktails.

A delightful week in Camberwell, in a lovely bright room with a Mexican theme. Great value for the money. The staff is kind and helpful; the honor bar is a nice feature; the free chocolates were delicious; and the room is light and airy, with the biggest en suite bathroom (finished in Mexican tile) and fluffiest towels I have ever... I stayed here for the first time and was very impressed. There was a lovely friendly welcome on arrival, the hotel was clean. Particularly impressive were the little additional touches: eg gifts of a bottle of water, chocolate and a pot of hot sauce in your room. There is also a lovely tapas restaurant and, as a hotel resident, you... More

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming, the decor is unusual but I think that adds to the ambience, the room we had was fairly quiet although being on a busy road you could hear the traffic and having a room at the back of the hotel helped, the rooms come with 2 small bars... On first impressions, we were quite excited when we arrived. The decor was unusual and the reception was clean and the staff were welcoming. Also we were attending a wedding so the hotel was ideally located. The rooms are fairly standard, although a little smaller than what you'd be used to in a standard chain hotel. Each room came with... More
